I tend to agree with you. Two reasons/experiences.. one, I once attempted to install window tint on a daily beater car I had BITD when I lived in Queens NY. It was a 1995 GTI in lovely screaming bright yellow. The side windows came out ok. The back not so much. Second, I tried to install carpet in an apartment I lived in once. I'm a DIY guy at heart but after buying the carpet and padding, renting the kicker, I realized why people pay the install cost. My knees were tore up! Carpet looked like crap! Some things are best left to the pros.
But curious if anyone tried to install PPF. Just curious 🤔 😆
