I have a set up that works great for me. I have a manual car wash .8 miles from my home, so I wash the car there, drive it home, and wipe it off with a wet terrycloth towel. I do use a small Abeden blower on the wheels and edges, then just wipe off the excess with the towel. Having said that, my car never actually gets dirty, and I can't stand rusty rotors, so this process works great for me.
