I feel for you guys who are trying to do what is best for the finish on your cars, but are still experiencing unacceptable results. I know exactly what is causing the issues that you are having and it is completely due to the hacks who are touching your paint. I have some threads on this forum that you should look at because they will help you identify where the problems exist.
As for the OP, when a car rolls off the factory assembly line, that is the ONLY point in a car's life when you can pick it up and take it home without any kind of detailing being necessary. If you knew what your brand new car goes through from the moment it leaves the assembly line until it arrives at the dealership, you would understand why your BRAND NEW CAR needs to be CLAYED and paint corrected, even though it has less than 10-miles on it. The transportation process is brutal on a new car's paint.
