Spots on frozen paint
Thanks all for all your responses. This has me really baffled, the spots haven't returned since. I took the car in for an alignment check last week and mentioned this to the dealer as well. They didn't see the spots but at least I have it documented if they come back. When I had the car ceramic coated they didn't coat the bumper but will come back to do it.
