I would start by not going to a car wash for ceramic coating.
Have a shop that specializes in this do a proper decontamination wash, paint correction, PPF (if you wanted on certain panels) and then do the ceramic coating.
Should be damn near swirl free once this process is done... which would probably take about 3-5 days depending on the paint and extent of work
