Can you heat those patches up maybe? It can be moisture trapped underneath the matt clear if not i sure hope that the dealership does a good job refinishing it, but i wouldnt like to do that on a brand new car tbh... im working as a painter in a dealership and the matt colors are a nightmare to match and paint....
