I interpreted her post that I was referring to as a reminder that we BP regulars need to behave more like Sam Walton's Wal-Mart greeter at every store entrance and less like a the BP-cabal (TINBPC) or a clique when interacting with new members.
As for the PM function, my statistics say that half of the people looking to receive/send them would get much faster satisfaction at the mhhauto.com forums where all of the stuff they're looking for comes from.....
