Honestly what is the reason for this rule?
I think this a great forum for resources and classifieds.
I have made several purchases from other members on this forum, but now I cannot send PMs and it has lost potential transactions between forum members. I am trying to buy something now from a fellow member and we cannot contact each other to exchange payment info. Please help me understand how this rule is helpful/ productive?
This is the exactly the kind of rules that keep casual enthusiasts like me off forums like these. Like i said, great forum and user base, but these kind of rules arent exactly encouraging to new members. Just my opinion

BTW - from user experience, it would help future new forum members to inform them of this rule, whatever the minimum post count is.
