acolic, good news and bad news.
The good news is that these tabs are somewhere inside the center console. You probably won't have to buy new ones if you can find them.
The bad news is no, the part isn't replaceable, and you're going to need to remove the entire center console to find/fix it. Not impossible to do, but more than your average "hey honey can you fix this in my car"
