Detailers aren't much better. Had one put some scratches on end of one of the roof rails (not sure what you call them.. the black trim on the roof), then the next one tried to color it in with a Sharpie as a "fix." Had two say they were going to fill in a chip, and they didn't do ANYTHING.

That stinks. Where do you live? I’m in the DC metro area. Lots of reputable places, but boy it gets expensive.
