Hi folks,

I have 2013 x1 that is loaded with Nav. I am connecting my iPhone to the car via the usb under the radio. 75% of time it works just fine. 25% of the time it cuts out and I need to unplug the usb cable and re-plug it in OR the system cuts off and completely re-boots itself all the way to the screen going off and the BMW logo coming back on.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make this work more constantly? When it works it is great. I ue the iPhone for Apple Music and for Sat radio.

Anything I can try would be appreciated.
