My personal opinion, if leasing, pass on it. You can have quite a bit of cosmetic damage and fairly large dings that you won't get charged for. If you buy and drive little and only in town, I would not worry about it. If you buy, plan on owning it for years, and drive a lot on the highway, get it. If you do get it I would not go through the dealer right away. Shop around as you can usually get a better deal. If you insist on going through your dealer, go back to them with the prices you found and negotiate with them.
Now, if you are an absolute stickler with how your car looks and it has to be a 10 out of 10 at all times, then anything above is a moot point. Get it and do the full front.
