When I was looking for my setup (sorry only on 19" diameter) I read that it has more to do with circumference of the wheel/tire set up rather than just the diameter. In Europe the tire setup has to be within 3% of each other by law and I believe BMW require it to be a little tighter than that (I read 1% on a European forum, just wish I could remember the name of it...
).
