VRSF not responsive post sales - updated, vendor responded

I created a thread last week about my charge pipe breaking, and I went with a VRSF charge pipe and had it overnighted. Through no fault of the company, USPS didn't deliver it NBD and it took 2 days to get to me - I got it last Thursday. Since USPS has a money back guarantee on overnights, as soon as I knew it wouldn't be delivered, I reached out to Tiago to ask him to go to USPS and get delivery refunded - As the shipper he would have to, I cannot.

I've reached out a few times, however VRSF has yet to respond so here's a thread to hope VRSF, as business people, will show they have good customer service. Otherwise I'll issue a chargeback for the shipping, and they will be out a continual customer.
