I'm trying to figure out what the fuck is the name of the wood I used for the kitchen counters in English but oiled wood all the way here. I polished them after two layers of white wood oil and then put a harder oil as a finish.
I love wooden counters, and I cook three to four full meals per day. Marble os not as forgiving as wood is though so I agree with you.
