That's $620 over dealer invoice.. They are also doing a dealer trade to get this.. (They won't tell me which dealer has it) and I'm unable to use their system to search for it.
Now onto the lease, how do I hard ball them on this one? This is my first BMW and I definitely want to SAVE.. I don't want to waste money here just because I want the car.

$620 over invoice isn't terrible; that's much more reasonable.
For the lease, it's all about cap cost and money factor. So as long as you make sure you have the base money factor and that they are not jacking up the capitalized cost with bullshit fees, theoretically we should all be able to get similar leases at different dealers.
