EDIT: You are using the configuration wrong. If you spec out the X DRIVE version it comes out to $39,275. You must be doing that. The sDrive is significantly cheaper.

I forgot to mention the MOONROOF Option.. That's $1250 making the MSRP $39,325 ...
If I can get this for $37,400 I'm thinking that's a fairly decent deal.. This car is HARD to come by.. And I want to avoid special ordering it if possible.
That's $620 over dealer invoice.. They are also doing a dealer trade to get this.. (They won't tell me which dealer has it) and I'm unable to use their system to search for it.
Now onto the lease, how do I hard ball them on this one? This is my first BMW and I definitely want to SAVE.. I don't want to waste money here just because I want the car.
