Some more info
Ok so I've priced it out on the BMW website, and on consumer reports.. The MSRP all matches up..
2014 X1 sDrive28i / M Sport / Technology Package / 19" Double Spoke Wheels / Black Leatherette / Heated Seats
MSRP is 39, 325
They've offered me 37,751 .. Dealer invoice is $36,780 ... I've offered them $37,200 plus including Roof Racks, but they shut me down. I think I can get the car for 37,550 w/o roof racks..
As for leasing.. I was approved last week at Audi for a Q5.. The sales people pressured me hard, and I'm glad now that I didn't buy it. The X1 is what I want. My credit is "light" I have a fico of 711 with an auto enhanced credit of 634 which is what the finance manager told.. Hard to believe it's so low. But I've never financed a car before, always paid cash for them.
I'm open to the higher Down payment since I have "light credit" so not so worried about dropping 3k or so if that means I can get a lease. Just want to know if my lease plan is legit for SOCAL.
They are giving me a residual of 57% for 15k miles per year.
Also for your reference, I am dealing with Beverly Hills BMW.. Not sure if you guys have had experience with them? They have pretty bad YELP reviews which I just found out about.
