My wife just went from a 2011 323i to her X1 28i. No difference in seat heat whatsoever (we use it all the time).

the dealer just called me and said they tested the seat heat

Drivers seat: 80f
Passenger Seat: 95f.

they said this is the way it is designed. since no error codes they said its fine.

Am i wrong to think that a 15 degree differential is an issue with car?
