Please do! I'm thinking about ordering a X1 and it would be great to see what others are leasing for.

If you are financing the car through BMW FS you should get $1250 in combined credits on top of negotiated price. You should be getting $500 lease/apr credit and $750 loyalty if you have a BMW currently. Also APR went down to 3.1%

my car:

Loaded Msport Sdrive
MSRP:$43,250
Invoice: $40,125
Paying: $39,900

In all i am paying $700 over invoice. i am also financing.

2014 X1 sDrive28i - Finance

I am financing through my bank for 1.99% APR. I currently don't own a BMW.
I am still thinking if i should go for BMW financing for 3.1% or not (Since i am getting 500$ back). My down payment is 15,000$.

I purchased my X1.

Here are the details.

Canadian MSRP $47,250
Invoice $43,475
I paid $44,679 2.77% over invoice ($1,204)
$2,571 below MSRP

Dropped about 30% down and financed the rest at 2.9%
There were zero incentives at the time.

Freight $2395
Admin Fee $295
Finance Fee $300
Air conditioning $100
Tire Fee $20
Theft recovery $199 (paid $0)
Undercoating $226 (paid $0)
Tax $5734

Not sure if I could have avoided the admin or financing fee, but I was Okay to pay them.
I had to negotiate the Theft and Undercoating away.

At the time of signing, I was upselled a bunch of extra crap(extended warranty, tire protection, scotch guard etc.) that I all declined.

Not sure if my deal was a good one or not, but I'm happy with it.
I sent one email, and with a 4 minute 28 seocond phone call, the car was ordered exactly to my spec. Probably one of the easiest sales they've ever had.
My ignorance on my previous vehicle 5 years ago cost me full MSRP.
I learned quite a bit in in the forum over the last year!
Hoorah for bimmerpost!

Hopefully I get a good deal. Doubt I'll get the same deal from BMW that I got from Ford on my Ranger. $31095 MSRP, paid $18300 taxes incl.

It would help to post the capitalized cost and any reductions as well.

X1 35i M Sport MSRP - $49,095
Gross Capitalized cost (negotiated value) - $46,486.04
-$1000 in incentives
$1149 BMW wheel and tire warranty (yes, I got ripped off on it but I already made all my money back by using it three times)
Total capitalized cost after warranty, fees, and sales tax - $50,451.35

0 down, 36 months 12,000 per year = $683/mo

My deal

Just leased a 2014 X1 sDrive.

Alpine white
M Sport
Navigation package
Black Leatherette
19" double spoke wheels
Heated seats

MSRP - 39,325
Negotiated price w/o tax - 37,551
9% California sales
$1190 - wheel insurance (highly recommended, should go through 3-4 tired no prob.)

$4000 down
7x security deposit $3850 (money in the bank, and also brought my money factory down from .00167 to .00118)

15k miles per year / 36 month

$504 per month

Love the car.. Went a little high on the down payment, and security deposit, but I wanted a $500 car payment and save some $ on interest to help pay for the wheel insurance.
