How to use miniature connectors?

Today I was trying to install BMW Advanced Car Eye so I took the A-pillar, pedal and side footwell trims out. I thought connecting cables would be straight forward but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to use the provided miniature connectors It says to connect one of the cable from the camera to the cable from pin 34 using miniature connector but I couldn't find any info as to how anywhere. Any suggestions would be awesome coz I'm stuck now. Thanks..

Looks like mini-connectors fold closed, pinching cables. Pins labeled on the side where they enter unit?

Garage List
Instead of removing the insulation and joining the cables and taping it up again, you use those connectors.
They fold close and pinch through the insulation to connect 2 or more wires.

Are there any how-to videos or instructions I can refer to Since I've never done this, what you told is what I had guessed but not sure how I go about doing it

This is the closest I could get, but they all work in the same principle.

Thanks for the video.

Does this mean that I will have to clip the cable in CAS plug from one of the stated pin number in one of the slot in the connector and the cable from the camera in another? The camera cable has naked wire visible just before the top end what does that mean?

edit: the cover at the top end of the cable comes off?

I think so, because those connectors expect to pinch through insulation that at the same time secure the cable.
