yes i am 5 10, n i am well aware 160 is small for my height. i was never a big guy anyway. i used to be 140-150 5-6 years ago, skinny fat.

i am still holding most of my strength, lost the most on chest, shoulder/arms/back with minimal loss

fucked up bad today. i played about 2 hrs of basketball today and was starving for food after. I decided to have a cheat day and got a burrito bowl with tortilla on the side. Few hrs later i got to work, ended up with half portion of gen tso chicken with steam broccoli on side. and i finished the night with a wonton noddle soup. lol

gona hit up arm day when i wake up and get back on the grind.

This is my cryptonite. If this is anywhere in the house I can eat the entire thing in one sitting. Sometimes I take it with me in the car and by the time i reach my destination(not far) it'll be all gone.

haha i tried to do that last night by limiting my intake so i can pig out at the movies but by the time i got to the movies i was just a few minutes late and the theater was packed. I'm gonna try again tonight after work , gonna go straight to the theaters.

woke up 171 today which i dont mind at all, i guess i burned a shit load of calories from bball yesterday. I just had a killer arm workout, pulled a new PR for standing dumbbell tricep extension, 110 for 5 reps.

I'm not cutting at the moment, but I'll start a 30-45 day cut after I complete the final 4 weeks of this SMOLOV squat program. I'm in Week 9, which is the first week of the Intense Mesocycle, and it is tough.

Last night was a combo of Easter and my brother's b-day. I think I ate about 75g carbs, and I was sick to my stomach until about bedtime. Lasagna and guacamole, with buttered garlic bread, and a bit of lemon cake/ice cream.

Going to do squats tonight . . .

i think u meant 175g carbs, 75g is like nothing when you have lasagna. haha

The layers of pasta were pretty thin, mom makes it meatier for her diabetic son (me). I had 2 squares about 4x4x3, 2 slices of bread, and maybe 2 handfuls of chips with the guacamole. Didn't drink any beer or wine to wash it down either.

Breakfast was a cliff bar and coffee with cream - 43g carbs.

Lunch will probably be Madras Lentils with cheese, and 1/2 cup of POM filled to top of glass with water - 41g carbs.

Yes we have no lentils today. Had a spinach salad with chicken and a few ounces more of POM to get to 41g.

How come nobody brought Easter candy to work today??

Legs last night.

Opened with 5 minutes on the elliptical to get blood pumping.
Out on the Beach, there were some yahoos doing pull-ups with a band on the squat rack, and deadlifts on the other. I opened with squats on an incline machine.
On the leg extensions and curls, going machine to machine, 5 sets of 12
Did a little core work, psyching myself up for squats.

Opened with a set of 12 front loaded with 25s on the bar. Made sure the form was good, and paused each time just past 90.

Switched to bar behind the neck and did the same. Behind seemed so much easier that I bumped up to 35, and did 2 sets of 12.

As the final, went all the way to 45, but only able to get 11. No marks on the neck when I got home, abs a bit tired.

This morning, I can walk OK and breathe fine.
