DRL Switched Supply From Ignition

Hi All,
I'm all ready to install DRL's onto my non xenon fitted X1 but the one thing I cannot locate is the switched supply. I need a supply that is accessible in the engine bay to connect to the switching relay for the DRL's to keep me legal. Any help would be much appreciated.

Use the power outlet on the cargo bay on the right, it comes on when the engine is on.
But you have to run the wire from the rear to the front which is not hard.

The problem I have with this is running the wire through the bulkhead into the engine bay. Any suggestions?
