Exhaust tip, mirrors/grill and ipod

Finally got my X1 today and noticed right away that I need to fix a couple of things.

1. First, the exhaust tip/shield is kinda rusty and ugly. Anyone know is this is a part that can be swapped out easily?

2. I have an aux input beside the lighter-thing. I have and ipod / iphone that I would like to hook up. How? I have the bluetooth-connection via iphone but that won't work with audio? I've seen usb input in pictures. Is that an iDrive-thing and how do know if I have iDrive?

3. I'd like to bling up the grill and mirrors. I know the silver grills can be bought oem, but is mirrors an option too?

There are chrome mirror covers, but not a fan of the color. I see plenty of them on Chinese sites. (I bought a pair and painted them black)

which model year is your X1?
The new ones should have USB input as standard.

It's 2010.

Solved the ugly exhaust tip. Used a steel wool pad with soap and got rid of the darkest spot. It rubbed off some of the silver paint too but not very noticeable.

I used Autosol metal polish on my tip, but you can buy a replacement.

I'm still on the lookout for a decent stainless back box, but only the likes of Remus and Hartge make them at a high cost.

Hopefully the US market will spawn a few back boxes around the £250 mark. Fingers crossed anyway.
