Dealer quotes?
I'm a serious buyer looking to lease a 2014/2015 X1, MSRP $37,045. I'm in CT, and am looking for a 36 month lease with 10K per year and $2500 total out of pocket at inception.
If any dealers would be interested in providing me an e-mail with your best quote for that lease, I'd be appreciative. I have top credit scores, and am a current lessee of a 2013 X3, if that matters. Thanks. Dave DAC17@aol.com

I suggest you go look at the 2 Series thread, there is a dealer (Steve Thomas BMW) that is giving the best quotes and can have your car shipped anywhere. They are based in California but can have it shipped to a local dealer. The thread is under 2 Series pricing. I may get a quote from them if I get a 2 Series but the can order any BMW.

i ordered my x1 last night and am going to lease as well.
if you didn't already, look into multiple security deposits. you can put money down now and get it all back at the end. you're kinda loaning bmw the money for 3 years, but your ROI is pretty good when you look at how much it lowers your payments. i put 4 dealers against each other and had them fight for my business. i think i got a pretty good deal. now i just read the thread about the 2015 coming out soon and I'm second guessing that i should have waited....ugh |

MSRP $37, 225 36 month lease, 10k miles per year Total due at inception - $2800 (included first month payment, sales tax, registration fees, dealer paperwork fee & BMW Financial bank fee) $360/month I'm in New Jersey, and the registration fee is about $300, but covers us for 5 years. So depending on any differences in CT registration fees, your numbers should be better than mine just because of the extra $500 incentive, and plus your car is $180 less expensive as well. So if you put down $2500, your monthly payment should be less than $350. Also, I ordered my car, so if you are looking at one already on the lot, you may do even a little better. |
