New Guy, Been Looking, Decided on an x135, but now have to find it
Hi all.
I joined a while back to start looking around. I've currently got a fully equipped Genesis Coupe 3.8, and am getting to the point where I need somethig a little bit bigger, and still fun. Not many cars in the running, the Macon, which is quickly removed for price, the GLA which was removed for performance, the ugly nav console, and the steering wheel doesn't move vertically high enough. So there's the X1 35, which 0-60 and in the 1/4 miles is pretty on par with my genesis, which is astounding. Oh, and I can fit golf clubs in it, and go on vacation. I wish I could find a left over 15 and lease it, but it looks like thats out. Been looking. Really want a blue with the light or brown interior. Anyway, wanted to say hi! |

Hi, I hope you find one.
We just got our '15 x135 a few months ago and it is a pretty cool car for all the reasons you pointed out. With everyone on the internet griping about BMW going to electric steering, I'm surprised these cars weren't selling like hotcakes. It's pretty much the short cut to getting a new hydraulic steering equipped E91 335xi in the US Definitely worth it to look hard for them! EDIT: One idea is to look at the Golf R. Almost got that for my wife until we found the X135 |

When I was looking, I had a choice of several. They seem to be getting pretty difficult to find. Last month Isringhausen Imports had a blue on tan 35i Msport with a Dinan chip and only 6,400 miles. I just checked, it's sold. I'll subscribe to this thread and let you know if I find one.

Picking up a '14 lemans blue msport x135 this weekend. Drove it today and I'm trading in for it. Only 38k km on it.
It's already got black kidneys, intake and dinan tune. I'm just unsure if it's a stage 1 or 2, I didn't mat it today to really see, but I love the fact that it's almost identical to my 335, so I won't miss it much lol |
