Blows Cool Air When Heat is On

Hey Everyone
Glad to be part of this great forum! Having an issue with my X1
When I put the heat on, I get cool air blowing when the temperature is set between 21-25 degrees. My mechanic believes it could be a temperature sensor. The vehicle has 3, so it would be heard to determine which sensor may be malfunctioning. The scanned results show no issues. Any thoughts?

If you turn the heat all the way up, does it still blow cold air? The heater in my 2014 X1 blows cold air at all settings unless I turn it all the way up. Then it heats up. Once hot air is coming out, the temperature control seems to work well, modulating the internal temperature of the car according to the setting. I just mention this because there may be nothing wrong with your car, it is just a quirky system.
