Fineline Wood Trim on X-Line Package

We placed an order for a new X1 with the X-Line package just before Christmas. Despite the option being indicated in the catalog, our dealer told us that he was not able to order X-Line with the fineline wood trim package. Can anyone else confirm this limitation as of December?

I recall there being only 2 options for Xline, copper or matte wood. I opted for the matte wood.

Thanks for the reply. That is the option we would have preferred too. However, just after Christmas, our dealer said that only the Copper trim could be ordered despite the catalog indicating that both were options. Just curious if others experienced this limitation recently.

Mine is in production right now. It's an X-line with option code:
4EB† Fineline Bay Matte Wood Trim, $450 wholesale $500 list

Just ordered an xLine with the matte wood. My CA initially had trouble finding the option as It was buried in a drop-down in the ordering system. We found it, though. As the previous post indicates, code is 4EB.

Your dealer might be right, if referring to the "light" fineline wood trim.
That option may require the M-sport package and remove your Xline.

Have a X1 X-line AWD on order (2014)
Ordered the sport steering wheel w/ paddle shifters, will it be the same wheel that comes w/ the M-sport or is it just a thicker X-line wheel?

thanks in advance

Should be thicker than the standard wheel but not as thick as the M Tech.
