Motor blocked from rotation by EWS?

Anybody know what this is?

Thats the immobilizer iirc, try a different key?

Sorry about the quick, uninformative post. I was at work, trying to get home, and the X1 wouldn't start. I picked it up this morning, just got the comm-box update. All was normal going to work, but come time to leave, it cranked, but wouldn't turn the motor. Ran Carly diagnostic and it gave me the EWS fault. Tried to reach my service advisor, but couldn't get him.

Don't know what made me think of it, but I used the Dinan app and turned Dinan off - the car started right up, so I drove home in stock mode. Got home and turned Dinan back on - all seems normal now.
