Door trim removal

Does anyone know how to remove the grab handle part of the door trim? I want to experiment with some 3M DiNoc CF warp like in the attached pic. Thanks!

Thanks man, I'll check out the video tonight.

I applied some already to the flat black plastic trim piece below the shifter. The 3M DiNoc film has a textured surface, so it does a damn good job of imitating dry carbon. I have some Ducati real dry carbon pieces, and it's difficult to tell them apart without getting super close.
