I bought my H&R from Tirerack. They were about $240 shipped.

Not bad, even though I intended on buying some H&R's, I'm kind of reconsidering dropping it. I've started to like to way it looks and sits now.

So, the BMW Style 220 rims for the M3 fit our X1 cars?

looks like rear is almost flush with the fender, how about the front? Is there room for a 10mm spacer up front?

Here's a little better shot from the front.

Do you think a 275/35/19 for the rear would fit with no issues on these rims?
I see some people are running that size on the same width aftermarket rims but with different offset.

I think it would be good, but I also think the benefit would be marginal. I really like the handling now compared to the stock set up. I feel the 265 in the rear is the sweet spot.

I think the 265s look great. I was only considering the 275s if I wanted to stay with runflats. But I think I'm going to get regular tires and one of the BMW mobility spare kits or

Yeah, I think non runflats are the way to go, even with the added uncertainty.

Good luck.

I'm going with conti 5p 235/35/19 & 255/35/19 with my 220m. I currently have 245/40/19 & 275/35/19 RFT on my X1 and it is just too much for daily driving...

Your fronts must be close whats the et?

I'm running x5 wheels and the fronts are 9J et 48 running 225 40 19 with a 15mm spacer (this is being replaced with 20mm soon) and I literally just about clear the shock. This is stretched they should be running 255 tyres.

The rears are 10j et 45 running 255 35 19 which cleared the shock but still stuck 15 mm spacers on. Tyres should be 285.

I'm gonna change front spacers to 20mm and rear spacers to 12mm to even things out a little.

Correct. 220m 19x8.5 19x9.5 staggered and they are forged. Just picked up a pair for my E90 and love them!

Unbelievable luck. Put them on Tuesday and a pothole punctured the sidewall on the way home from work Friday. Road hazard is replacing it but I'll have to pay for mounting and balancing.
