Source for triangle brackets
I had the BMW triangle mounted to the trunk lid of my 135i. When I traded the car I left the brackets in the car so that there would not just be 2 holes. I would like to mount the triangle on the hatch but need the brackets. Anyone know of a source for the brackets? I seem to remember that I ordered the triangle assembly from someone with the first name of Andy but I can not remember the company name. Anyone have any ideas?

I've gotten some Euro parts from a dealer in Denmark that advertises heavily in Roundel...they are quick and good. And this reminded me that I need these brackets as well!

At least with our X1 there is a spiffy place built into the hatch for the emergency triangle that came with the car. The triangle was part of the EU delivery. Or am I confused with something else?

You are not confused. Triangles were not supplied in US cars. I ordered the OE triangle for my 135i but I can't remember who I ordered it from.

Found them at eEuroparts.com. The shipping was more than the parts. At least I can mount the triangle where it belongs.
