Yeah i'm sure, the same engine as in the 525d from september.
Probable ther will be a 2,0l petrol with 184pk, but that is not confirmed.
It will be available in the 5 and z4.

The new 2.0d (Sep/2011) comes with 184hp - thats it!

Dealer said so, petrol 2,0i so there's more choose.
There also launch X1 effecient dynamics edition based on the sdrive 20d.

concernant la X1 - 25 d, voici les infos reçues de bmw Belgique :

La BMW X1 xDrive23d en boite automatique = 6 rapports.
devient :
La BMW X1 xDrive25d en boite automatique = 8 rapports.

soit la nouvelle boite... qui fonctionne super sur la nouvelle série 1... :-) franchement, une boite à essayer... c'est fun...

A ce moment, le début de production de ce type de BMW X1 25d est planifié pour début 07/2012. Cela implique que nous ne disposons pas des listes des options et des prix avant mars 2012 (= aussi le moment ou on peut commander en usine). Je ne peux donc malheureusement pas encore faire des offres.
Il y a une chance qu’on reçoit des informations supplémentaires pour le salon de l’auto au mois de janvier 2012, mais ceci n’est pas confirmé."

vivement pouvoir essayer ce véhicule... :-) il devrait avoir les mêmes perf qu'une 120d... :-)

Here is the information received from Belgium,

The BMW X1 xDrive23d with automatic transmission = 6 speed.
becomes the BMW X1 xDrive25d with automatic transmission = 8 speed.

New gearbox works great, definitely try it, it's fun.

Production of the 25d is not planned until July 2012 so deatils are thin, but we expect more at the motor show in January.
No options for it yet and you can't order.

Strongly recommend you try this car, should be good.


Then something about the 120d performance but not sure what exactly.

Interesting information, do you know anything about the availability of this engine 25d 218 CP also on the new X3 F25? I am really interested about an X3 F25 with 25d 218 CP or with 28i N20 2.0 Twin Turbo 245 CP, but there is no information about when will such a model be available.
