Just picked up a used 2015 X1 xDrive28i w/ 96k miles from a BMW dealership. What’s recommended as of maintenance/fluids for 100k? Thanks!

Off the top of my head.

Engine oil
Front and Rear diff fluids
Transmission fluid
Transfer case fluid
Coolant
Spark plugs
Power Steering fluid
Belts
Air Filter
Cabin filter
Inspect/Replace brake pads and discs
Brake fluid
Inspect all rubber bushings. Lubricate as required.

Most of these applies to other cars actually.

I have just replaced oil in both differentials.
118k miles on the clock.
Rear differential oil was that of a cognac color.
Front differential oil color was very similar to that of a new amber color, however, front differential was replaced at 75k miles, so its done some 43k miles.

Mechanical gearbox oil is due soon, intrigued to see condition of that oil, despite clutch been replaced some time ago it seems oil is being still a factory one.

Gambit hit the all of the preventative ones. I'll add some big stuff to watch for:

Timing chain. Seems to not be an issue with 2015 and newer cars, but owners of early-production N20 vehicles tell horror stories of catastrophic failure.

Charge pipes. OEM were made of plastic, which age poorly and are known to fail unexpectedly. Upgrading to metal pipes is a good idea for all cars, and is required for safe and reliable operation if car is tuned or will be tuned.

Motor mounts. Will probably last well past 150k but any excessive or new noise, vibration, and harshness is an indication of impending failure.

Suspension. Springs are usually fine but hydraulic struts often start to leak above 100k. Both a bouncy or hard ride can indicate issues.

Engine gaskets. Oil leaks in engine are often from a gasket failure.

Vacuum pump. Leaking fluid fills the reservoir attached to plastic engine cover, causing improper operation of turbocharger (for models with pneumatic waste gate).

Weather seals. Replace if deteriorated or torn.

This is a little but known issue with older X1 with the above wastegate type. Later year X1 have EWG which is better and take on tuning well. However BMW for some strange reason kept the tube routing useless PWG tube terminating into engine cover chamber that does nothing.
