Question 2013 bmw x1 35i steering wheel does not return to centre ?

Hi everyone.
Im new to the forum.
Ive had my 2013 x1 35i since new.
Pretty good overal just usual maintenance : tires/brakes/bulbs etc
I did change the idler pulley and belt at about 120,000kms.
And the radiator cracked at about 150,000kms.

Its @ 198,000kms currently and it has the valve cover oil leak. So I had my local shop put a new valve cover and gaskets on.

But it also has another issue. When I make a left/right turn at a intersection, the steering wheel will not return to center on its own. I gotta manually bring it back to centre. And when I leave a parking spot or my drive way it seems like I have to turn the wheel more than I should.

I had the shop change my tie rods and ball joints as they were all original and an alignment. Still same issue. Doesnt make any noises. Im thinking perhaps : p/s pump ? Steering rack ?...any ideas ?
