Aside from the OEM one (which is made by Thule) aren't they all black? Yakima, Thule and Saris come in Model T colors. I very slightly prefer my Thule to my Yakima, but they're both quality.

Yeah, if you want non aero, square bars, Thule is your answer.

I like the Thule you chose. I had a Yakima on my 05 WRX and I have Yakima on my wife's 10 forester. The thing I don't like about them is the wind defector is a must or you get horrible vibration. Over time the wind deflector pads rub the roof paint as well.

Thanks Red Bread...

I was undecided for a couple of weeks and all I have to do is post a thread in this forum, you guys are awesome!!

BTW, I do a lot of outdoor activities especially fishing and have some big investments on fishing rods and Thule got ski/fishing rods clip attachments that is exactly what I need...

As noted, if you run a wind fairing, use the included clear bra discs under where the supports sit. It's also a good idea to clear bra the whole roof rail to keep it from getting scuffed. You can get 3M clear bra on Amazon and install it yourself.

I'm a biker, skier and snow boarder and can't live without a roof rack.
