X1 - October2013 Incentive.
Did anyone notice the new BMW incentive of $750 Option Allowance for 2014 X1s is being offered in October along with the $500 loyalty?
$750 + $500 + $1000 (driving event in August) ==> $2250 off the bat before any negotiation. I ordered in August but picking it up in mid Oct and will qualify for both incentives. After all the negotiations + incentives, my purchased price is $2000 below invoice for a 2014 X1 28 MSPORT + LIGHTING package. |

I'm in the similar situation.
I made the order of an 2014 X1 xDrive28i in early September, and going to pick it up several days later: the MICHIGAN HIGHWAY ship will arrive the BRUNSWICK port today! I wonder, because I have already discussed with the dealer about the final price when I made the order, can I get an additional $750 off? Does anyone qualify this discount? Thanks! |

Just picked up my car today and was told that the only thing that changed for October was the interest rate shot up a little. I can't complain though because my car stickered for just shy of 40k and I felt I scored with both my positive equity in trade (for a SAAB) and OVER 4k off of the sticker!!! Oh yes, the car was a leftover 2013 x28i with prem package, cold weather pkg and BMW assist.

I've heard there are no fees associated with paying off the loan early, and 30 days @ 2.99% is almost free. Anyone here know if there are any fees are other charges associated with getting financing through BMW? |

I believe I paid just over $24 CDN to use BMW financial services. There is no penalty for paying it off early though.

I just verified that the $750 incentive is NOT tied to financing.
I negotiated the price on a 2014 X1 M Sport down to where the cost was invoice +$500. I then asked if there were any other incentives that might apply. The sales person was not sure, so I looked up the incentive on my iPhone and the sales person then deducted another $750. So it worked out that I paid $250 less than invoice. |

My X1M sport 35i is sitting in Germany waiting for the docks to clear here in the US. From what I have been able to learn is that Customs is working with 6000 furloughed employees. The EPA is furloughed until the government gets it's act together. Currently no vehicles are leaving the docks and nothing is shipping from Germany.

BMW First and Goal Sales Event: "The up to $2,000 credit is applied against MSRP of final purchase, not title, tax or destination. Credit allowance varies by model, through 10/31/13. Credit of $750 available on 2014 3 Series Sedans, 3 Series Gran Turismos, 3 Series Sports Wagons, X1 and X3 models." Then, under Financing and Lease Offers: "$750 Option Allowance are credits against the MSRP of the final purchase, loan or lease on a X1 xDrive28i through October 31, 2013." I read this to mean that the credit applies to three different acquisition methods: 1.) purchase, i.e. cash, check or other cash equivalents 2.) loan 3.) lease My sales rep saw it that way too, and I got $750 off the negotiated price without financing or leasing. Call your CA and explain the grammatical uses of and/or. |
