Very Nice! I am actually looking at the same color combination for my first X1 as well. May I ask if the Coral Red is more red in the photo than in person?

It's not as red in person as it looks in photo's. I was worried about the same thing; pictures just make it look much brighter. It's the perfect color combo, in my opinion.

So, did you not order the car with paddle shifters?

I'm about a month away from picking up my AW MSport.

That has been the hot topic! Like others, I thought that the vehicle came standard with paddle shifters as that is what the build via bmwusa.com stated. After I got home from the dealership on 7/31/12 from placing my order, I searched online and found the order guide and realized that it's not standard and the code on my vehicle inquiry report was without paddle shifters. I called the dealership immediatly but the person who input my order was busy and asked me to call back the next morning. I called the next morning (8/1/12) and my vehicle had already started production as of 7:30 am and the dealership doesn't open until 8:30 am and thus it could not be changed. While I would have liked to have them, I didn't harp about it because I probably would not have used them that much. However, what I do have an issue with is feeling like the information published to customers is misleading.

Gotcha. I was lucky enough to order it with the 7XA option. That's interesting that the X-Line has the stitching on the seats; however the one with black seats do not. (?)

Very nice.

Does anyone know how much lower the M suspension is than the base model?

Very nice X1 by the way!

If the M Sport sits lower than the other trims, it's virtually indistinguishable as far as I can tell. There's plenty of room to lower the car with aftermarket springs or coilovers, but I drive in too much snow and therefore have zero interest in doing so.

I agree. I think the springs are stiffer however they aren't lower.

I do have the M Sport package. And with the utmost respect, I think you should start a new thread. This thread should be dedicated to X1MSPORT's cool new whip, and I think we've hijacked it enough already. You'll be more likely to get responses in a thread titled appropriately anyway.

I was told when I brought my 2010 X1 new that the sports suspension was 10mm lower than the standard SE Xline suspension. I've recently upgraded my alloys to 19" BMW Performance wheels, and at the time asked the question again as I'm considering fitting Hartge springs which lower the car by 30mm, once again I was told by BMW that the sports suspension is 10 mm lower. Is this the same for the new LCI models? I can't see why it would be different.
