Seat Wear
My X1 has done less than 10,000 miles yet the driver's seat backrest is showing signs of wear.
As I only wear 'normal' clothing and not jeans with studs and rivets I'm a bit disappointed Has anyone else had a similar problem? |

That's a shame!!! Must come from trousers or something you wore for the first time without washing or so...
Must mean that going with fabric isn't all that. I ordered leather though, easiest to clean, but I bet Alcantara is even worse to keep clean... |

I'm not an expert in seating posture here.
But why is the rubbing happening in the lower back section of the seat? Is that a sport seat you got there? A sport seat will give you a better lateral support so you won't be rolling around in you seat in the future. For now, maybe adjusting your seating position will prevent rubber on that section in the future. My 2 cents. |
