It's here!!

Picked up my baby today. Very unexpectedly. Didn't think I'd get it till the end of next week. So, Yahoo!!!

I promise to post better pictures tomorrow when I have daylight again, but here it is at the dealer.

Xdrive 28i. Sport line. Basically loaded.

The first drive in it was fantastic. But I was driving a Fiat before. It seems huge! And. The ASS is just plain weird! Lol I'm sure that will take some getting used to.

The rest is overwhelming. There is just too much to try and learn about it as far as the iDrive and tech stuff that I don't even know where to begin. Tomorrow will be a big learning day. It kind of sucks not knowing how to do anything in your new baby!

Congratulations on the new X1. I'm sure you'll be looking for excuses to go drive it.

I did not get to take more pics today as I've been out and about driving it. BUT. Somebody scratched the door in a parking lot. MOTH******ERS!

I would not care if this was a year from now but I will be getting it fixed. It's not a deep gouge or anything. But not something I could rub out with my finger either...

Park far far away from everybody else. When ever i go to lets say walmart or target. I park all the way in the back. Some people just don't care. I have seen people put carts right next to peoples cars before. When ever i can i will park far away.

Yes Towne. And because they gave me $1100 more off of the car than the dealer in Rochester!

So FYI I got an estimate of $560 to fix the scratch in the door. Wanted to cry. Might see if I can find a place to do it less before I get it done. I really didn't want to pay that for a damn little scratch...

Well, look at the bright side - it's $39 less than the ResistAll protective coating would have been, and if the scratch is deep enough, the extra paint sealant wouldn't have prevented it anyhow...
