I Agree with all!

However Run Flat Tires have saved my ass three times!

My old mini cooper had them, and let me tell you something, being 16 years old, i am rather new to the race, so when i first had a nail in the tire, i was quite embarrassed and scared! luckily i was able to make it back home from school, 15 miles across the city, and i was thankful nothing happened! i have never experienced a flat tire before, and so at the time, run flats have saved my life!

Everyone complains about the ride, and while minis and BMWs are designed for the RFT, many still hate them and choose to get ride of them!

IMHO, it really doesn't matter to me about the ride, i am just thankful my ass is covered!

Heres something i like and hate about MINI/BMW at the same time..

In regards, the car will let you know when something isn't right!
The thing i hate is the car will let you know when something isn't right

My MINI's tire pressure system would come on all the time for low pressure in tire, and i would get so scared and paranoid as i thought i had a nail or something in my tire.

oh well, hahhaa

Has anyone noticed the vast majority of X1's are loaner/demo vehicles?

I recently went to the dealership with my friend as she is looking at some cars, and saw 5 X1's and all 5 of them are loaner vehicles?

does anyone feel the X1 is being disrespected in this manor?

Disrespected? Think about what makes a good loaner. It's the cheapest car, it's fun to drive, it's practical, can be driven in all weather. The perfect loaner.

I've also gotten 428s, 3 series tourings, X3s, etc. so don't read too much into it.

the dealer has given x1, x3, 5series, 7series as loaners. it depends on whats available and which vehicle you are getting serviced. same with audi. they have a8, a6, q5 and a3 as loaners. lr/rr use the lr2, evoque and lr4.

Oh, I measured, and the roof covers more than 50% of the cargo area behind the seats, so it's a wagon by any reasonable definition I can find.
