..::PSI::.. BMW X1 Photo Journal

One of our techs recently purchased a new X1 and has been steadily modifying it ever since. He even frequents track events with it, and we thought you might enjoy a comprehensive photo thread of the evolution of the X1.

X1 sDrive28i
OEM M-Sport package
JB4 Tune
BC Racing Coilovers
BMW Performance Black Kidney Grills

Track Wheels: 18x9 285/35/18 front; 18x9.5 295/35/18 rear

If only it had xenons....then again, as a purchase, halogens will be cheaper in the long run I suppose

That color is cool on the M-Sport and the car looks great with the new rims and lowering. But as Bamsterman68 pointed out, i really miss the xenons for the complete look. On the other hand you got rims, color and the M-Sport so what can go wrong

Do you find yourself using Map 1 or 5 in your car...

I just got my JB4 installed yesterday and have been tinkering with both...

We use the Map 1, as our X1 is an N20 model, and the Map 5 (autotune) is applicable only to the N55 models.

When we finally got our new M4 in Sakhir Orange, we couldn't resist lining it up with our Valencia Orange X1 for some comparisons. Here is how that turned out:

To make things interesting, we then added our recently-departed Fire Orange E92 M3 to the mix, and lined up all three for an orange explosion!

We've had a busy year since the last update to this thread! Here are a few new shots with some rolling stock from Bremmer Kraft:

Certainly! They are 19x10 ET45 with 30mm spacers in front and 15mm spacers at the rear. We will see if we can get you that shot!

My favorite setup! (second to his track setup)

Just to clarify, final ET would be +15 in front and +30 in back?

Are front and rear tires the same size? Almost looks like front tires are narrower compared to the rears.

Correct on the ETs. Fronts are 265, rears 275.

VO X1 looking great in your pic it's even making me kinda regret that I went for AW. But then VO was AUD 1200 option. SO on M4, however, is deliciously hot

Can you please share the tyre profile on those 19x10 et45 wheels of yours? Thanks

It's hard to lose this in a parking lot, that's for sure. The full sizes are 265/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear.
