How do you guys think these wheels would look?

A client of mine is a distributor and is offering me a killer price on the Lexani R-six wheels.

What do you guys think?

They're not for me, but it's not my car they'd be on.

I am with Twix not my style. But it's your car do what you want. Who cares what anybody else thinks. As long as you're happy

The spokes look like something you'd see on a time trial bicycle. Just my opinion.

I agree with the others as well, not my thing for a BMW. They look like they are more fitted for a Japanese car perhaps.

Agreed with the rest on this one.

Personally, I'm usually open-minded with wheels, but those aren't doing it for me.

Then again, it's your car, do what you want with it.

Thank you Scott. I couldn't put my finger on it. You're right - it looks like it should be on a Nissan or something. I appreciated the deal my client gave me, but wasn't sure what I thought.

This is why I ask you guys first! Thank you all for the input.

I think those wheels look great, and would probably match well with a sports car, but I think they'd be quite gaudy on an X1.

For the 17" wheels it was less than $750. (I asked about 17"s as to not have to buy new tires as well)

I thought about keeping the stock size wheel when ordering my summer wheels. I'm glad I didn't, I ended up going pretty radical widths on 19" rim diameters. I know one I get my wheels that I'll be much happier having spent the extra money getting wheels that will full the arches more fully. $750 is a good deal, But so is a 59 cent hamburger at McDonald's. Don't you really want a better burger?

How about these instead? Only $134 each.

if you change out your wheels they need to be 20's or it will not be worth investing into. i dont think you will be happy with just putting 18's back on, they will not look as good as 20's would. make it pop- go big
