Door Dings

Some lady in her white mustang dinged my door 3 times trying to exit. anyone one have advice on removing 3 small dime sized dings. what about DIY ding removal kits; so annoyed she did that. advice would be helpful, but no recommendations for me to take a sledge hammer to her mustang!!!!!

I've used a paintless dent removal company before with excellent results. I believe they charged me $50.00 for the removal. Check with your dealer, they have someone there every week.

i was referred by my dealer to a local PDR business to repair a large dent caused by someone backing in to my driver's side door. The repair was perfect and took only 10 minutes. PDR is the way to go!

I have to ask … if you saw her doing that did you confront her ???? I might give her a pass on the first one but not three dings.

I saw her pull up in the car and park next to mine. it must have occurred when she arrived back from bus to go home. I knew she did it because of the white paint transfer from her mustang and she parks at same spot every day. she was gone when I arrived back at the park n ride. Sucks because the parking spaces are so narrow

So I'm in Germany parked in front of grocery store watching a guy park his Mercedes next to me, and he carefully opens door to get out so my guard is down.

He comes back with a box of crap and slams door open into my new Euro delivery X1, and I start cursing. He mumbles some kind of sorry, and I drive to safer spot.

I never could find ding until wash on receiving in Texas, and it was basically nothing. This German metal seems a lot better than Japanese.

+1 on the paintless dent removal. Here in my area I used Sameday and they did an amazing job for me.

I was sideswiped by a guy and it just creased the rear fender on my Mazda 3 wagon right on the area where the fender drops to the opening. A pretty hard fix.

They charged my 170 bucks, had to remove the tail light and inner panel and took 3 hours.

It was perfect after that. I couldn't tell anything. Worth every penny as the insurance company paid me 990 bucks for a traditional repair.

I was commenting on the mis-spelling.
"pointless" dent repair.
