I was thinking lowering would be a lot more, i'd love to lower the x1 about an inch...so the total for this would be about $600 for installation (say, $3-400) and springs ($234)... I really want to do this, but Im keeping the 18's for now. How does this affect warranty? Mine is going to be my only car and DD, so i'd prefer to keep all the 4 year warranty perks valid for the first 4 years :P

Will it look weird if i lower mine with 18inch wheels? Cos judging yours from my phone(maybe the pic looks small here) feels like your the bodys too big on that set? Dunno just my feeling tho..

OP: How is the ride with the stock struts and H&R springs? Im looking at pulling the trigger on springs soon.
