Aftermarket oem sport suspension and sport seats ?

Hi! This is my first car, and I really can only say one thing: it was the perfect choice. It is very comfortable, sporty too if you want, and quick enough for me=) The only problem it has is the seats, which aren't the optional sport seats, so they don't offer much lateral support. It is an XDrive 23d and has some extras, like performance control, navigation and 18" rims. My question is if it is possible to add aftermarket oem sport suspension and sport seats. Thanks

I went down this road regarding seats and unfortunately there is almost nothing you can do given they have airbags etc. My problem was that the shape of the seat and my back were very much in painful disagreement. To the point where I had to sweet talk BMW into ordering me a whole new car (seats cant be changed from non sport to sport). To their credit they really looked after me in the end and the changeover was very reasonable.
