X1 E84 Tow Hook Rear Bike Rack

Does anyone happen to know if there's a difference in spacing between the tow hooks on a 2012 X1 and a 2012 X5?

I ask because someone in my neighborhood is selling their tow hook mounted bike rack, though it's from an x5. It looks as though it would fit my X1, but I obviously want to make sure it's feasible before making the call.
