Are these Problems or Quirky Features
Hey guys, been in the x135i for a couple weeks now, and noticed a couple of things, I not sure if they are features, or problems.
1), My drivers door automatic window(one touch up/down) doesn't work when the car is in accessory mode. But works find when the car is running. However all the other windows work fine in accessory mode. 2)When going into reverse only my passenger side mirror dips down. Shouldn't they both move down? 3) The trunk cover for behind the rear seat, leaves about a 2" gap behind the seat where you can still see whats in the "trunk". Is that normal or am I missing a piece? There was one other thing, and I can't remember at the moment. I'll update the OP when I remember. |

1. No idea, never checked.
2. Only passenger, this is for checking curb on parallel parking. 3. The gap is for the ability to recline the rear seats, they have 3 inches of recline, just like seats on airplane. |

1. The window is most likely a coding issue. If you still have warranty then just take it in and the mechanics will be able to do it for you. Otherwise someone who is familiar with coding BMW's will be able to do it.
2. Ditto, curb checking only (drivers side mirror has to stay to check traffic) 3. There's a thread about this already, most people have a small space. If you have two trunk cover pieces (one small, one large) then you're not missing anything. |

Can the drivers mirror be coded to prop down too? Good to know about the trunk. I'll try and recline the seats a bit further to close it up. |

First thing I did was remove the storage area cover, but I use the car every day as a light delivery vehicle. Since I've bought the car used, CPO, the back seat has never been up either. Great car, but not comfortable for more than two people, unless they're all munchkins.

On #3 put a trash bag in trunk, and drive around with windows down to watch what happens. I was at track day, and a bag in trunk popped out that crack, and floated around. Somewhat annoying.
