Yeah that's what I have as well. But then I'm a techie and can tell the difference even when it's in the port and worried that others will as well and want it for themselves.
Like I said, it's a preference to have it hidden, that's all |

Come on!! THere's no comparing them, the X3 is far, far bigger. It's not even close! We had an X1 and with a rear facing seat plus a 5 year old in a booster it was too small, the X3 is perfect for the family, though the boot could be a bit bigger.

This topic is about done, but i spent the day driving dad's x3 again and noticed one more thing I don't like. The brakes feel squishy. Dunno if it's the added weight or if the brakes are actually inferior. And I like the electric power steering less every time. In the past year I've driven a 320i, f48, and dad's x3. In all cases, vastly preferred my e84. She's a keeper.

I think I would switch, if the real world gas mileage is similar between xDrive models. I'm averaging about 26 combined on my Xdrive28i. I bet real world for the X3 is not far behind...

I could only see someone going from the e84 to one of the other x models if you wanted more of an SUV feel, shape, storage, etc. The e84 is already higher than I'd prefer....
