rattling noise from center console DVD driving me crazy

I have center console armrest DVD installed just couple months ago and now when car vibrates while accelerating or while on little rough roads it makes this rattling noise and it's driving me crazy. Installation itself seems solid as there's no any moving parts that I can find. However, if I tap on it I can hear this noise as it vibrates. I tried to pin point the source, so I folded open the monitor thinking it was the one vibrating against the base of the DVD system but the noise is still there. If I hold the monitor and tap it doesn't make that noise but so does while I hold the base and tap. Meaning if I hold either the base or the monitor it stops making noise leaving me clueless as to where this is coming from and how I can stop it. I did try few things but wasn't happy so was wondering if you guys have any tips and tricks on this. Thanks

Sorry I didn't quite understand your question? It replaces the standard armrest with this DVD system which when the screen is flipped closed is still an armrest. BMW calls it DVD system in the rear.

Maybe there is a part that is moving or vibrates inside the monitor itself. Or, somewhere where the monitor is connected with the base something is not right.
You must install a special cushy tape between the base and the armrest as well.
I never installed one to see how it is built so I am just taking some logic guesses in here. Wish I can help more...
